“The Right to Your Opinion”

When I read this article at first I thought it was going to tell me about rights that I already knew however I was wrong. This article also changed my view on the phrase that a lot of people use which is “I have the right to my own opinion.” Now if I would have never read this article I probably would have still used the “my own opinion” card, but I will not use that phrase again. It is true that using this phrase does not accomplish anything or make you right in anyway. It simply just gives you something to say because more than likely you probably don’t know what to say or don’t have anything to support your opinion.

Let me walk you through the Pedestrian

   Ray Bradbury wrote an interesting story. The type of story that you might have to read a couple of times in order to understand it. Although this story maybe a bit confusing, soon you will start to put the pieces together and then it will all click. Let me tell you the gist of it.    In the beginning of the story, this man named Leonard Mead was a simple guy who enjoyed going on walks throughout November because he loved the weather. He was an author and he would write books and magazines, but soon they started to not sell so he wasn’t really employed. Nor was he married.
